Rotary Hierarchy

 

Rotary Club of Clover Park – A single Rotary Club is the lowest level in the Rotary International organization.  However each club elects its own officers and enjoys considerable autonomy within the framework of Rotary’s constitution and bylaws.

 

District 5020 – This is one of the largest Rotary districts in the world.  There are 91 clubs (38 in Canada and 53 in the USA).  District 5020 clubs are from Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Western Washington State from Pierce County and south to Woodland Oregon and the Olympic Peninsula.  This district is located in Rotary Zone 25.  The district has approximately 5000 members.

 

Zones 25/26 – Rotary International Zones are typically paired and fall under the control of a single director.  Zones 25/26 encompass 23 Rotary districts and span the far western regions of the United States and Canada.  The territory includes parts of British Columbia and the states of Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii and a portion of Idaho, and has a combined membership of approximately 60,000 members in 1,300 clubs. These two zones are led by a Director, currently Brad Howard, who along with 16 other Directors from throughout the world comprises Rotary’s corporate Board of Directors.

 

Rotary International – consists of 34 Zones that contain 538 districts comprising approximately 1.2 million members.  RI supports Rotary clubs worldwide by coordinating global programs, campaigns, and initiatives. Our current president is John Germ.
